Pmedicalonline.com will refund the cost of the product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within in the first 7 days after receiving your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. After the item is received on our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the product to your account. Please call us or email us if you have any questions with our company policies.
International Returns with Bongo International: PmedicalONLINE is no longer responsible for the goods that are shipped using Bongo International service after the customer have received the Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international return would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International here.Damaged Goods with Bongo International: Any damaged goods will be replaced by PmedicalONLINE and shiped to the Bongo Warehouse. The customer will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo's Service. PmedicalONLINE is not responsible for the International transportation of the goods.

- 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
- 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
