International Shipping

International Orders: We welcome international orders. All prices on Pmedical are quoted in US dollars. Pmedical is currently partnered with Bongo International for all our International Shipments.

International Shipping with Bongo International: To service our international customers, we have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

International Returns with Bongo International: Pmedical is no longer responsible for the goods that are shipped using Bongo International service after the Buyer has received the Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international return would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International here.

Damaged Goods with Bongo International: Any damaged goods will be replaced by Pmedical and shipped to the Bongo Warehouse. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo's Service. Pmedical is not responsible for the International transportation of the goods.

Payments:  We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online. You can contact us for alternate methods of payment.

Warranty:        All of our units are new (unless it is specified in the product), original, and backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Pmedical will not provide any warranty that is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.  Any warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer of the Merchandise and not to Pmedical.  Pmedical may assist Buyer in contacting the manufacturer during the warranty period, but Buyer will be solely responsible for shipping the Merchandise, at its own expense, to the manufacturer for repair.  Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges and or any other charges that the manufacturer’s warranty may not cover. 

Indemnification:  Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees, from and against any and all damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, suits, claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements and court costs) to the extent arising from or in connection with (i) the negligence or willful misconduct of Buyer, its agents, employees, representatives or contractors; (ii) use of Merchandise in combination with equipment or software not supplied by Seller where the Merchandise itself would not be infringing; (iii) use of Merchandise in an application or environment for which it was not designed; or (iv) modifications of Merchandise by anyone other than Seller without Seller's prior written approval.
